A Dangerous Mistake & A Customer Service Nightmare 🤢
I'm writing this to warn others about my awful online shopping experience. I needed to share what happened after they sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, causing dizziness and nausea. After their initial mistake, it’s been impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. Multiple chat sessions, phone calls and emails and I still couldn’t get in touch with anyone. I felt I had no choice but to keep trying to contact customer service to address such a dangerous error.
Customer: I finally got a real person. You sent me completely wrong lenses. I've been dizzy and nauseous trying to wear these safety glasses. This is dangerous.
CS Rep: I am so terribly sorry to hear that. Your safety is our top priority, and that is a completely unacceptable error. Can you please give me your order number so I can fix this immediately?
Customer: It's order 55482. I’ve wasted so much time trying to contact you. An error like this could cause a serious accident.
CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and you are absolutely right. I have your order now. I am processing a corrected replacement pair with rush shipping at no cost to you. I will also email you a prepaid return label for the incorrect glasses.
