My $246 GlassesUSA Nightmare: Order Never Arrived, No Refund & Stuck in Bot Hell! 😤
I'm writing this to warn others about my awful experience. I never thought ordering glasses online could turn into such a nightmare. "GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. $246.00 they have of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on 2/24. The tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. I can't get a response for a refund all they keep telling me is it is in transit from a BOT. I want my money back, GlassesUSA. My order number is #105081183." After getting nowhere with their automated system, I was furious and finally demanded to speak with a real person to get this sorted out.
Customer: My order #105081183 has been stuck in transit for over a month! Your bot just keeps telling me to wait, but the package hasn't moved. I want a refund for the $246 you've taken from me.
