I ordered prescription safety glasses, but what I received was completely wrong, causing me dizziness and nausea. It’s been impossible to get a hold of a live person to actually help get this resolved, despite multiple chat sessions, phone calls, and emails. This frustration is precisely why I felt the need to leave this review and finally demand a proper conversation with customer service.
Customer: I received the wrong prescription safety glasses, and they're making me dizzy and nauseous. I've tried contacting you multiple times, and it's been impossible to speak to a real person. CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the incorrect order and the difficulty you've experienced reaching us. That sounds incredibly frustrating and concerning for your safety. Can I please get your order number to look into this immediately? Customer: My order number is [Order Number]. This is unacceptable. I need these for work, and I can't even wear them without feeling sick. What are you going to do about this? CS Rep: Thank you, I've located your order. We absolutely need to correct this. I will arrange for a return of the incorrect glasses and prioritize a new order with the correct prescription at no additional cost to you. Would you like me to process that now? Customer: Yes, but how quickly can I get the correct ones? And what about the shipping cost I paid for the first time? This whole situation has been a waste of my time and put my safety at risk. CS Rep: We will expedite the new order to ship as quickly as possible, and we'll waive any additional shipping fees. I will also process a full refund for the original shipping cost you paid.
